Villa Jazz is located in the small and peaceful village of Sv. Ivan Dobrinjski.
This air-conditioned house offers complete comfort and privacy and features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, private parking, and a nicely arranged garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes four ceramic glass cooktop burners, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator.
The living room is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a TV with satellite channels.On the upper floor there are two bedrooms that provide guests with a quiet and pleasant place to rest.
The outdoor area is spacious and fully fenced and offers private parking for guests. The entrance is secured with an automatic sliding gate with remote control.
The entire property is additionally protected by an alarm system and CCTV cameras with motion sensors.
In the garden there is also a large barbecue. Guests additionally have access to a wine cooler for drinks and an ice maker. For a special holiday experience, there is a heated outdoor saltwater pool with an automated salinization system (without chlorine tablets) and a hydromassage feature.
For extra comfort, there is also a bioclimatic mechanical pergola that allows optimal control of shade and sunlight.
Villa Jazz also features a new handmade Finnish sauna (Kraft made, 6 kW) and a Siemens EV charger for electric vehicles – AC 7.4 kW.
